Terms of service

If you are unsure about what you are/are not allowed to do with the digital downloads on my site, please ask me. DO NOT ASSUME that it is okay just because it has not been clearly stated one way or another.  You can contact me at any time on the Contact page or via email at wendy@armouroflight.net. You can also find information on the Help Desk.  If you have a special project in mind, please include the details of what you would like to do.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO 

Digital download files can only be used in the following ways:

  • Create personal items for yourself and your immediate family members
  • Create gifts of the finished product for a small group such as a church class group or for extended family.

PLEASE NOTE: The intention is "for personal use only".  Defining your personal use is up to you and depends on what role you are filling. For a Primary President, this could mean all the kids in your primary group, for example. This operates on the honor system, so please be thoughtful as you consider what you feel is the right thing to do. However, please see guidelines below for what you are NOT allowed to do.

WHAT YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO DO

Digital download files CANNOT be:

  • Created as a finished product and sold 
  • Redistributed to others in digital format through any form of media transfer, including, but not limited to: email, Facebook, flash drive, or any other form of media transfer options.
  • Resold as a digital file
  • Used to create a similar, competing product.
  • Turned over to any other company for the purposes of recreating/copying the files for uses other than those listed in the section above.
  • Claim any of these files as your own work--Copyright will remain with me, doing business as My Cut and Paste Creations, My Cut and Paste Designs, and Armour of Light.
